Got Milk?
Grocery Shopping on Grand Bahama can be challenging. On average, you have to hit at least 3 grocery stores to get everything on your list. Even then, you sometimes have to compromise freshness and make substitutes when necessary. So with this blog, feel free to post questions about where to find something you are looking for, let someone know about fresh produce alerts, shout out deals and steals, and any other other grocery store gossip you feel like sharing.

Have to say, we love to Parfait
One of my of finicky kids' favorite dessert and snack is the Parfait. So easy to throw together and packed with goodness.
To assembly:
First find a cool, fun shaped glass cup (this is Jack's addition). Wine glasses, water glasses, juice glasses or recycled jam jars work well.
Then grab some plain or vanilla Organic Greek Yogurt ( Butler's Food World) and add this as your first layer.
Cover the yogurt with either homemade granola or a low fat version that you like.
Add some mixed berries or any ripe fruit that your kids like.
Enjoy!
